Overview
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you can sign in with your Microsoft Entra credentials instead of a ServiceTitan password. The first time, you link your accounts once. After that, sign-in is seamless.

Things to know
Your administrator must set up an active SSO connection first.
Your Entra account must belong to the organization configured for SSO.
You need an existing ServiceTitan account. Contact your administrator if you do not have one.
If your organization uses Classic SSO, use the Sign in with Microsoft Entra — Classic button and ask your CSM about migrating.
Sign in and link your account the first time
The first time you sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, if your admin has enabled Auto Linking, you can link your Entra identity to your ServiceTitan account.
Go to go.servicetitan.com.
Click the Using the new generation of SSO? Sign in with Microsoft Entra link, below the Classic button. Do not use the Sign in with Microsoft Entra — Classic button.

Sign in with Microsoft. ServiceTitan returns you to a linking prompt.

When prompted, enter your ServiceTitan username and password to confirm your identity.

This happens once and creates a permanent link. You are then signed in.
Sign in after linking
Go to go.servicetitan.com.
Click Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID.
If your Entra session is active, you sign in automatically. If not, sign in with Microsoft first.
Your ServiceTitan password is not needed for future logins.
Users with multiple profiles
If more than one ServiceTitan profile is linked to your Entra identity, a profile switcher appears after sign-in. Select the profile you want. You can switch without signing out. Open it from the account profile dropdown, then click Switch Account.

Note: In the Field Mobile App, pick a profile at sign-in. To switch, sign out and sign back in.
Troubleshooting
I see a Sign-in failed or SSO Required error
Your account is set to SSO Only and you tried a password. Return to the login screen and click Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID.
I was asked to create a username and password
Your Object ID may be wrong, or your account is not linked. Contact your administrator to check your linking status.
I have more than one Microsoft account
Use the account for the organization your IT team configured for SSO. Contact your IT administrator if you are unsure.
