Feature configuration
This feature is currently in Private Preview and available for specific accounts. It is subject to change. To enable it for your account, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Things to know
You need the Manage SSO Configuration permission to open the SSO settings. Linking users also needs Manage SSO Access.
You need Microsoft Entra administrator access to grant consent and to find user Object IDs.
Go and Next are separate. Set up a connection in each environment your users need.
Link users in Go only. Links propagate to Next automatically.
If you use Enterprise Hub, EH-managed users appear read-only and cannot be linked here.
Create an SSO connection
Step 1: Open SSO settings
Go to Settings.
In the side panel, go to Integrations > Single Sign-On.
Click Connect Entra ID. If no connections exist, the page is empty.

Step 2: Enter connection details
In the Connection Name field, enter a label for the integration, such as Acme SSO.
In the Entra Tenant ID field, enter your Entra tenant ID.
Click Proceed with Entra Setup. ServiceTitan copies a setup URL to your clipboard.

Step 3: Activate the connection
Open a new browser tab and paste the URL into the address bar.
On the Microsoft Entra screen, review the permission request.
Sign in with your Microsoft Entra administrator credentials and click Accept.

Note: If you are not a Microsoft Entra administrator, forward the URL to someone in your organization who has administrator permissions to complete this step.
Note: If the URL was not copied automatically, locate the connection in the list and click the clipboard icon to copy the setup URL manually.
Set up a connection for the Next environment
If your users need Next, set up a separate connection there before linking users. A user linked only in Go cannot sign in to Next with SSO.
Repeat the steps above and select Next as the environment. Microsoft admin consent is required again for Next.
Caution: The SSO user linking screen is not available in Next. All user linking is done in Go; once a user is linked there, that link propagates automatically to Next. Complete your Next connection setup first, then link users in Go.
Connection statuses
Each connection in the list displays a status indicator.
Active: The connection is live and ready for user linking. No status chip is shown.
Pending: Microsoft admin consent has not been completed.
Inactive: The connection has been deactivated.
Deleted connections no longer appear in the list.

Edit, deactivate, or delete a connection
Go to Settings > Integrations > Single Sign-On, then click More (⋯) next to a connection.
Edit: update the connection name or settings.
Deactivate: turn off SSO for the connection but keep the configuration and user links. Reactivating needs no new consent.
Delete: permanently remove the connection and all user link data. Recreating needs full setup and new consent.
