Overview

Memberships offer customers service discounts and recurring services in exchange for a one-time or regularly billed fee. Technicians can sell memberships in ServiceTitan Mobile.

Things to know

  • Memberships are created from membership types. Make sure you set up membership types for all the memberships you offer. For more, see Create membership types.

  • Membership sale tasks are pricebook service items used to sell memberships. Adding a sale task to an invoice activates the membership.

  • Office employees can also sell memberships. For more, see Sell memberships from the office.

Add a membership to an estimate or invoice

To add a membership sale task:

  1. From the dashboard, tap VIEW CURRENT JOB.

  2. Tap ESTIMATE.

    Tip: Follow these same steps to add a membership sale task to an invoice.

  3. Tap + Add Item.

  4. Browse your pricebook to find the membership sale task and tap + to add it. Membership options displayed with Gold Medal HVAC Membership and HVAC-PRIME highlighted.

  5. Tap the Duration & Billing dropdown and select a membership duration and billing frequency option for the membership.

    Note: This is only available if the membership type includes multiple duration and billing frequency options.

  6. Tap Done. The membership sale task is added to the estimate. Invoice showing HVAC-Prime service options with remove and replace buttons highlighted.

  7. Complete the estimate. Or, you can add a membership add-on to the membership sale task.
