By following these steps, you ensure that the item is added to the truck's inventory list and replenishment is triggered correctly.

1. Click on Settings > Inventory > Templates

2. Find the inventory template for the truck you want to add an item to. If the truck does not have a specific template, you may need to create a new one.

3. Add the item to the inventory list within the template. Include the part number.

4. Set the minimum and maximum quantity for the item. This helps in triggering replenishment.

5. When finished, click Save.

This action updates the inventory list for the truck and will trigger future replenishment. If replenishment is needed immediately, you can create a transfer and either select a warehouse as a replenishment source or a vendor as the replenishment source, which will create a Purchase Order (PO).
