Replenishment is triggered when not necessary

Replenishment is triggered when an item's quantity falls below the minimum required by the inventory template. Resolve this issue in the follow steps:

Check the Inventory Template

1. In the Inventory module, find the inventory location for the truck.

2. Look at the inventory template assigned to this location. This template sets the rules for when replenishment is needed.

3. Note the minimum quantity required for the item. This is the trigger point for replenishment; decrease it to a lower number.

Check the Available Quantity of Item

1. In the Inventory module in the Items section, locate the item.

2. Check the current available quantity of the item

3. If the quantity is at or below the minimum required, replenishment is being correctly triggered.
