Overview
Populate Leads saves you time by automatically identifying prospect contacts for properties or companies, allowing you to consolidate prospecting data into a single workflow. This also lets you more accurately measure Return on Investment (ROI).

Populate Leads
You can identify contacts while creating a target list or after the list is created. To populate the contacts after the list is created:
Go to the Navigation panel > Targets.
Select a target list and click to open it.
From the table, select the targets you want to populate with contacts, or click Select All to include all contacts in the selection.

Click Populate Leads.

On the Populate Leads pop-up that opens, select the criteria for the leads.
When finished, click Proceed.

Use the criteria in Populate Leads to customize which contacts are added to your targets.
On the first criteria row, select:
Contact info or Job Title to populate the type of information you want for the targets. The criteria for the information type are as follows:
Includes any
Includes all
Exclude
The type of information to match the Contact info (Email, phone number, etc) and Job title (Facility Manager, Owner, etc.)
Tip: You can create and add your own Job titles in addition to the ones that are displayed. Type the job title in the area and click it.
Click +Add Row to add a new row.
Note: Click -(icon) to remove the row.
From the Include contacts within dropdown, select one of the following options to reduce or expand the area that is searched for contacts:
sites
states
nation
From the Include up to … contact(s) per target dropdown, select one of the following options to populate the number of contacts for each target:
