Overview

With Import and Export in Scheduling Pro, you can quickly copy a scheduler from one account to another using a secure key that includes your custom questions and settings. This helps save time and ensure consistency when managing multiple schedulers.

Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, office employees, managers, dispatchers, and customer service representatives (CSRs)

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Things to know

  • When importing from Schedule Engine, supported settings such as questions, campaigns, and tags are transfered, but unsupported formats and flows over four questions are skipped.
