Edit and remove your marketing campaigns' content steps.
Who uses this feature
- Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team
- Primarily for Commercial Service & Replacement and Residential Service & Replacement business types
Things to know
- You can only view the content of the finished campaigns.
- You can only change the content for campaigns created by you.
Edit campaign content steps
To edit the different steps of your campaign content:
- Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
- Find the campaign you want to edit, then click More
> Edit
.
- In the Content section, click Edit.

- In the Campaign step, click Edit
, or click More
, then select Edit
.
- Make the changes you need.
- When finished, click Save.
Edit campaign content's email step
- Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
- Find the campaign you want to edit, then click More
> Edit
.
- In the Content section, click Edit.

- In the Campaign step, click More
then select Edit
.
- Hover over the template and select the Pencil
icon.
- On the Configure Email Template screen that opens, make changes in the:
- Subject Line: The campaign's subject that customers see before opening your marketing email.
- Preview Text: The preview text customers see before opening your email.

- When finished, click Save.
Preview the campaign content template
- Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
- Find the campaign you want to view:
- For email campaign content, click Preview template
. This opens the Template preview window where you can view the email in desktop or mobile modes.
- For direct mail campaign content:
- Click View
. This opens the Preview window where you can check how the postcard will look when printed. - Click Front to view the postcard front preview.
- Click Back to view the postcard's back preview.
- Enable the Show print guides toggle to review the printed postcards' borders and ensure there aren't unprinted edges.

- Click View
- For email campaign content, click Preview template
Change the campaign content template
- Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
- Find the email campaign you want to edit, click More
> Edit
. - In the Content section, click Edit.

- In the Campaign step, click More
then select Edit
.
- Hover over the template and select Remove Template
.
- Click Confirm.
- Click Add Content.
- On the Select Template screen that opens, select a new template.

- On the Configure Email Template page that opens, click Save.
Remove campaign contents
- Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
- Find the campaign for which you want to remove contents, then click More
> Edit
. - In the Content section, click Edit.

- In the Campaign step, click More
then select Remove
.
- On the confirmation window that opens, click Confirm.
