Overview

Make sure you have the latest Dialpad version to access product updates, bug fixes, and performance enhancements. We recommend you update your Dialpad as an out-of-date version can lead to performance, call connectivity, and audio issues.


Who uses this feature

  • CSRs, Dispatchers, and Administrators

  • Account configuration is required. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Things to know

  • As an administrator, you can enable Phones Pro for office employees, allowing them to get access to Dialpad and use ServiceTitan's Phones Pro feature.

  • You can configure your Dialpad settings to automatically update to the latest version or you can receive notifications when an update is available.

Update Dialpad

When a new version of the Dialpad desktop app is available, you receive a banner notification to update the app. If you're not on the latest version, you can do a fresh reinstall or update your Mac or Windows native app when you receive notifications on available updates.

Update Dialpad in MacOS

If an update is available for MacOS, you're prompted to restart the Dialpad MacOS native app. The update is applied automatically.

Update Dialpad in Windows

  1. Open the Windows native app.

  2. Use the Alt key to display the Help menu.

  3. Click File and select Check for Update.

If an update is available, you're prompted to restart Dialpad. The update is applied automatically.
