Note: The system automatically prefills the end time date to the same date as the start time date. Also, if a timesheet needs to span two days, two activities need to be logged.

Project #: This option is selectable if you select an activity that allows a project to be associated with it. You can search for a project by project number or address.
Note: If you select a job, the system automatically prefills the Project # field based on whether or not a job is associated with a project.

Memo: You can write a memo if you select an activity that allows a memo to be associated with it.
When you’re finished, click Add Entry.

Copy from an existing timesheet
If an employee performs the same sort of work over multiple days, you can copy existing timesheet entries from prior days to their timesheet. This helps save you time and reduces the amount of data entry.
On the Timesheets screen, click Add Entry.
On the Add Timesheet Entry window that opens, click Copy from Existing Timesheet.
Use the Date and Name filters to locate the timesheet entry you want to copy.

Check the box next to the timesheet entry you want to copy. Then, use the Date and Name filters to choose the timesheet you want to copy the selected timesheet to.
When you’re finished, click Continue.

On the Edit Timesheet Entries screen that opens, make any necessary changes to the timesheet, if needed. Then click Continue.
On the Review screen that opens, review the timesheet details. If there are any errors, you can fix them on this screen.
When finished, click Add Entry.

On the Confirm timesheet updates window that opens, review the summary of your changes. If all looks good, click Confirm.
