How can I automatically send a specific form with HVAC install estimates?

You don't know how to send a specific form with HVAC install estimates.

Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

Set up automatic form attachment

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

2. Go to Operations > Business Units.

3. Upload your authorization PDF in the Authorization Agreement section. 

4. Save changes.

The PDF will be automatically attached to all estimates and invoices emailed from that business unit.

Manually select forms for individual estimates

1. Search for the estimate you want to email.

2. On the Estimate screen, click Email. 

3. On the Email Estimate screen, select the specific form you want to include.

4. Send the email with the selected form attached.

You can perform manual form selection from both office and mobile applications after the initial business unit setup is complete.
