You can include financing prequalification links in customer notifications to help homeowners explore financing options before their appointment. When a customer receives a text or an email notification, they can tap the link to view available offers and prequalify for financing directly from their device.
When the customer prequalifies, their technician is notified—allowing them to tailor the conversation, guide financing discussions confidently, and help increase close rates and average ticket size.

Setup overview
Before you can add financing prequalification links to customer notifications, you must do the following:
Enable financing pre-qualifications
Add pre-qualification link to customer notifications
Step 1: Enable financing pre-qualifications
In ServiceTitan Office, go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Integrations > Financing.
Click the Financing Pre-Qualifications tab.
Select Enable pre-qualifications.
Select the provider you want to use for pre-qualifications.
If available, enter a Default Loan Amount.
Enter the Merchant ID.
If available, select the Financing Rule you want to use for pre-qualifications.
If available, enter the details of the provider's default representative.
When you're finished, click Save.

Step 2: Add pre-qualification link to customer notifications
In ServiceTitan Office, go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Communications > Customer Notifications.
Select a customer notification. Pre-qualification links are available for the following notifications:
Booking confirmations
Reminder notifications
Dispatch notifications
Arrival notifications
Select the communication type, for example, click Email to configure notification settings for email notifications.
On the next screen, click Customize.
On the customization screen, review the body of the message and click Pre-qualification Link to add a link to the body of the message.

Click Preview Edits to preview the message.

When you're finished, click Save.
The email or text message sent to the customer now includes a link to see if they pre-qualify for financing.
