In the past, technicians had to manually add items like ridge caps and underlayment, which slowed down estimates and led to errors. Charge invoices using the new Financing Integration Charging feature to support payment through financing partners: Now, you can use the Configure Financing Plans in Mobile permission to enable mobile users access to select financing providers and financing plans in the Field Mobile App. Additionally, you can charge invoices using providers such as GreenSky and Synchrony. Manage crew timekeeping and job actions in Legacy Timekeeping: This enables lead technicians to perform bulk actions like dispatching, arrivals, meals, and closeouts directly from the Field Mobile App. Previously, managing legacy timekeeping required repetitive data entry for each technician, slowing down workflows.
