Problem
Not all Yelp reviews are syncing into Reputation Management.
Solution
You may notice that your most recent Yelp reviews aren't appearing in Reputation Management for two reasons:
Yelp review limit: Yelp only allows up to three reviews to sync into Reputation Management at a time. You can sync either the three most relevant or the three most recent reviews. Yelp decides which three reviews are the most relevant. For more information on the Yelp integration, see Yelp Integration Overview. If you want to switch from relevant reviews to recent reviews, contact Technical Support for assistance.
24-hour removal: To adhere to Yelp's review guidelines, Reputation Management removes all Yelp reviews within 24 hours of being pulled. If your most recent reviews are older than 24 hours, you will not see them in Reputation Management. For more, see Manage reviews.
