Problem

You need to confirm Google reviews are being included in the job completion surveys sent to your customers.

Solution

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing.

  2. In the side menu, go to Reputation > Review Generation.

  3. Find your Job Completion survey in the list and click More > Edit.

  4. Verify that your Google review link appears in the survey template.

  5. Check that the survey is set to send automatically after job completion.

  6. Make and save any necessary changes.
