Why the item is not visible on the adjustment page for the truck's inventory?

Problem

The item is not visible on the adjustment page because it is not tracked by inventory.

Solution

You can see and adjust the items in your truck's inventory.

Review and enable inventory tracking for an item

  1. Go to the Pricebook.

  2. Select Materials.

  3. Look for Inventory settings.

  4. Find the item in your list.

  5. Check if the inventory tracking option is turned on for this item. If it's not enabled, that's the reason it doesn't appear on the adjustment page.

  6. To make it trackable, turn on the inventory tracking option for the item.

  7. After enabling inventory tracking, go back to the adjustment page.

  8. Try to add the item to the truck's inventory again.        

    Note: Make sure the adjustment date is the same date or after the date the inventory tracking was enabled for the item.
