N/A Value in Qty Available Column on Replenishment Page

Problem

The Qty Available column on the replenishment page shows an N/A value, even though there is a value in the Qty to Replenish column.

Solution

The replenishment module is only meant to provide information on how much of an item needs to be replenished. The N/A value appears because there is more than one location associated with the item.

1. Use the specific location provided to accurately replenish the item.

2. Cross-reference the item code in the items tab above to see exactly how many are available in all locations.        

   Note: This tells you why you need to replenish however many it's showing you need to replenish.
