Why does my image disappear from an item after I use HTML?

Problem

After inserting HTML code to add an image to a pricebook item description and saving it, the image disappears upon refreshing the page.

Solution

1. Go to the pricebook item where you want to add an image.

2. Click Edit.

3. Scroll down to the Picture section.

4. Click Upload to select an image from your computer.

5. Click Save to save the changes.

Note: ServiceTitan does not support adding images to the description field by HTML code. The unsupported code is being stripped automatically during saving. We recommend using the picture uploading section to add images to pricebook items.
