Why can't technicians see Pricebook Pro on the mobile app?

Problem

Technicians cannot see Pricebook Pro on their mobile app.

Solution

Technicians are assigned to specific categories in the pricebook that are marked as Hide in mobile. This setting prevents them from seeing the Pricebook Pro on their mobile devices.

Make Pricebook Pro visible in mobile

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

  2. In the side panel, click Categories.

  3. Locate the ServiceTitan Pricebook Category and look for a checkbox or a setting that says Hide in mobileManage categories and subcategories for services, highlighting mobile view settings.

  4. Click the checkbox to remove the Hide in mobile setting.

  5. Ask the technician to Sync changes and Download Pricebook on their mobile. This step makes sure the changes you made are updated in their app.
