Problem
Users see only one estimate in the history tab of the mobile app. This happens because other estimates are on a job that isn't finished yet.
Solution
Remember, estimates show up in the history tab only if the job they are attached to is completed.
On the office side, you need to:
Go to the customer profile.
Check the job status of the estimates you want to see. Make sure the job is complete.
If the job is not marked as complete, finish the job. Here's how:
Open the job.
Find the job status section.
Change the status to Complete.
After completing the steps provided above, go to the mobile application:
Open the history tab again. Now, you should see all estimates associated with the customer.
