Why can’t I see Settings in ServiceTitan?

Problem

You cannot see Settings in ServiceTitan.

Solution

Grant access to settings

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click People > Employees.

  3. Select your profile and click Edit next to your profile.

  4. Go to the Permissions tab.

  5. Enable the Access settings permission in the search bar.

  6. When finished, click Save Changes.

Note: Always perform a hard refresh before checking if the Settings are visible.
