What is causing the edit button to not appear next to technicians in ServiceTitan Settings?

Problem

The edit button does not appear in Settings > People > Technicians.

Solution

Account administrators should follow these steps to check and update your employee permissions:

  1. Go to Settings > People > Employees.

  2. Find the employee profile that does not have the Edit button and click Edit.

  3. Click the Permissions tab.

  4. Find and select the permission called Edit employee/technician.

  5. When finished, click Save Changes.

You may need to refresh your browser or sign out and back in to see the changes.
