Problem
Forms assigned only to locations do not show up in reports even when completed by technicians. This is because technicians can only complete forms assigned to Jobs.
Solution
Follow the steps below to solve the issue.
Fix missing form submissions in reports
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Operations > Forms.
Find the form that is not showing up in reports.
Click the form name to open its settings.
Look for the Assigned to section.
Select the Job option in addition to any existing assignments.

Save the form settings.
Return to your reports to verify the form submissions now appear.
The completed form submissions will show up immediately after making this change.
