How can I fix my form freezing issue caused by conflicting conditional logic rules?

Problem

Forms freeze due to conflicting conditional logic rules. Some rules cancel each other out. Check the rules to see if they are set up properly. Form fields cannot have conditional logic rules that cause it to hide itself.

Fix form freezing issue

1. Go to your form's conditional logic settings.

2. Review all rules, especially focusing on rules that are set up to hide fields.

3. Look for IF statements that hide themselves when all conditions are met.

4. Adjust these rules to prevent conflicts by unchecking the field to remove it from the Hide section.

5. Ensure If fields and Hide fields don't reference the same item as these may cause conflicts
