Why can’t a technician see the Forms tab in ServiceTitan Mobile?

Problem

The technician  can't see the Forms tab on the mobile dashboard. Other sales representatives can see it anytime. This is a permission issue.

Solution

Enable the technician permission

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to the top toolbar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. In the side panel, click People > Technicians.

  3. Find the technician's profile and click Edit.

  4. Select the Permissions tab.

  5. Check if the View Forms permission is enabled for the technician.

  6. Save the changes.

  7. Confirm with the technician if they can now see the Forms tab in ServiceTitan Mobile.
