Why aren’t the new trades I added appearing as options in my business units (BUs)?

Problem

New trades added in Reporting Settings aren't showing up as options when editing business units.

Solution

  1. Wait for the system update: Allow some time for the system to update after adding new trades.

  2. Refresh the page: Close and reopen the business units screen to see if the new trades appear.

  3. Check Reporting Settings: Go to Reporting Settings and confirm the new trades are listed.

  4. Verify Business Unit Settings: Open the specific business unit where you want to add the new trade.

  5. Look for new trades: In the Trade dropdown of the business unit, check if the new trades now appear as options.

  6. Select and save: If the new trades are visible, select them and save the changes.
