Problem
The time zone in ServiceTitan does not match the local time zone. For example, jobs scheduled at 7 AM show as 6 AM. To fix this, make sure your computer's time zone matches the time zone set in your ServiceTitan account.
Solution
Check computer settings
Check the time zone setting on your computer. Make sure it matches your current location.
Go to your computer's settings.
Search for Date & Time settings.
Find the option to change the time zone.
Select the correct time zone for your location. For example, if you are in Arizona, choose Mountain Time (UTC-7:00).
Confirm the change and close the settings.
Open ServiceTitan and check a timesheet to see if the time now matches your local time zone.
