Why am I receiving email notifications for overdue tasks, but I can't see those tasks in my Task Management view in ServiceTitan?

Problem

You receive email notifications about overdue tasks. The Task Management view shows notification numbers. However, no tasks appear when you filter by your name in All Assignees.

Solution

Manage your tasks

  1. Go to your profile from the top right corner.

  2. Click Task Management.

  3. Click View All to see all task options.

  4. Click the All Assignees filter dropdown.

  5. Select Assigned to Me.

  6. Your assigned tasks will now appear in the list. Look for tasks with blue dots on the left side. These are open tasks that need attention.

  7. To close a completed task, click on the task to open it.

  8. In the top right corner, click Close.

  9. In the Resolution dropdown menu, select the appropriate status Done.

  10. Click Apply & Save to close the task.
