What is the process to find out who created a customer profile in ServiceTitan?

Problem

ServiceTitan does not show directly who created a customer profile. This information is on the back end. Only an admin can request it.

Solution

1. Confirm you are an admin or have admin access. Only admins can request this information.

2. Go to the ServiceTitan main page. You need to be logged in.

3. Find the customer profile you have questions about. You will need the customer profile name and URL.

4. Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support and tell them you need to know who created a customer profile.

5. Wait for the agent to get the information. They will look on the back end for you.
