Where can I find the transcript for inbound and outbound calls?

Problem

You want to find the script for outbound plumbing calls. This option is available for Phones Pro users only.

Solution

Use the Transcript tab in DialPad's Call History—available only with Phones Pro integration.

View the transcript of a call

  1. In DialPad, click Call History to view the company calls.

  2. In the All calls page, click the Users or groups dropdown and search for the customer number.

  3. After you've entered the number, click Apply.

  4. Click View call summary and then select the Transcript tab.
