Problem
When making outbound calls through ServiceTitan, the embedded dialer opens up and prompts you to write the phone number again and call directly. This is not ideal for users who want to use their desk phone to make calls.
Solution
In ServiceTitan, locate the Embedded Phone on the top right corner of ServiceTitan, then click on the embedded phone icon.
Click on the wrench in the Phones Pro Window.
Click on the toggles to disable the embedded phone.
Click the back arrow next to the words Phone Pro. There should be a line that now appears through the embedded phone icon.
This successfully disables the embedded phone in ServiceTitan and can now use your desk phone to make outbound calls.
