What should I do when the Add Person button is missing in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Users can't add employees due to missing permissions. To have the permission, have one of your admins grant you the View or update user employee permissions.

Solution

Update your employee permissions

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings   .

  2. In the side panel, click People > Employees.

  3. Select an employee and click Edit.

  4. Select the Permissions tab.

  5. Enable View or update user employee permissions

  6. Click Save Changes.

  7. Refresh your browser.
