Problem
The feature to bulk-update permission for all users does not exist. Users need a solution to enable permissions without editing each technician individually.
Solution
Update permissions based on role permissions and apply the changes to existing users.
Update role permissions
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings .
In the side panel, click People > Role Permissions.
Find the roles assigned to the employees whose permissions you want to update.
Click Edit next to each role.
Search for the permission you want.
If the permission is already checked, uncheck it or vice versa.
When finished, click Save changes.
In the window that opens, click Save Role & update Users to apply the change to existing users with that role permission.
Note: Ensure that users requiring the permission update have the appropriate role assigned in their profile settings.
