Introduction
To see how many statements were sent to customers, run the Email Delivery Status report in ServiceTitan. Filter the report by the Emailed Item column to show only CustomerStatement emails, then adjust the date range as needed.
Problem
You want to run a report that shows how many statements were sent to customers and which customers received statements, but you’re unsure which report contains this information.
Solution
Run the Email Delivery Status report
Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.
Search for the Email Delivery Status report. This report shows the email delivery status of all your outbound ServiceTitan emails. Statements are sent through email.
Use the Email From Date - Email To Date filter to update the time frame for the report.
Click Run Report.
When the report finishes running, use the Filter
in the Emailed Item column to only show emails that contained the CustomerStatement. This will limit the items shown in the report to only include emails containing the statement.
