What is the process for removing a ZIP code from the Not in service area in ServiceTitan?

Problem

A ZIP code appears under a customer profile's Zone as Not in Service Area because it was not added to a zone.

Solution

  1. In the top toolbar, click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Operations > Zones.

  2. Find the zone you want to add the ZIP code to. If it does not exist, create a new zone:        

    1. To add to an existing zone, click the zone name.

    2. To create a new zone, click Add.

  3. Enter the missing ZIP Code in the designated field:        

    1. If adding to an existing field, enter the ZIP code in the Zip Codes field.

    2. If creating a new zone, follow the prompts to name the zone and add the ZIP code.

  4. Save your changes.

By following these steps, you should successfully add the ZIP code to a service zone, removing it from the Not in Service Area status.
