Problem
You can't directly change the location of an already created estimate.
Solution
An estimate takes on the location of the job when it was created. To change the location of an estimate for a job, follow the steps below.
Open the job record and change the service location that's linked to the job.
Open the invoice that's linked to the job and then click Add an estimate to create a new estimate.
After creating the new estimate, go back to the invoice.
Scroll to the bottom of the invoice and click Delete
to delete the old estimate. This removes the estimate with the incorrect location.If you need to change the location back on the job, change it after the new estimate is created. This way the location of the job and the estimate will be different.
