Users need to hide the supplier integration catalog in ServiceTitan Mobile.

Solution

Follow the steps below to hide the catalog in ServiceTitan Mobile.

Hide categories in ServiceTitan Mobile

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to Pricebook.

  2. In the side panel, click Categories.

  3. Select Services & Equipment or Materials as needed.

  4. Find your supplier integration listed under the Category section.

  5. Click the Hide in Mobile field to add a checkmark and hide the category in ServiceTitan Mobile.
