What is the process for editing the disclosure statement on estimates in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Users need to edit the fine print, like deposit mentions, on estimates but might not have the required permissions.

Solution

If you cannot see the option to edit, you might not have the necessary permissions. In this case, ask an admin in your organization to make the changes or grant you the permissions.

To change the estimate fine print:

1. Select Settings from the options.

2. Choose Business Units from under the Operations list.

3. Find and select Edit next to the relevant unit you need to edit.

4. Scroll down to the Details section.

5. At the bottom, find the Estimate Authorization Paragraph.

6. Click on Edit the text as needed. This is where you can add or change the fine print.

7. After editing, save your changes.
