Sometimes, you might dismiss an estimate but later decide you need to reopen it.
Solution
Reopen the Estimate
Go to the estimate you previously dismissed in ServiceTitan.
Look for the "Reopen" button. This button allows you to reopen the estimate that was dismissed.

Click on "Reopen" to make the estimate active again. Now, the estimate is open and can be accessed as needed.
Confirm that the estimate has been successfully reopened. You should see it in the list of active estimates or in the specific opportunity it was linked to.
Remember, once an estimate is reopened, the customer can also reference it again. This makes it easy to continue discussions or negotiations based on that estimate.
