Introduction
To create a report for canceled jobs, go to Reports, create a custom report using the Jobs report type, and include the Status column. Filter the report by Job creation date and select the Canceled status. Alternatively, use the Search function, filter by Job, and select the Canceled status to locate these jobs.
Problem
You need a report for jobs with a canceled status. The current report includes completed and sold jobs, which is not accurate.
Solution
Create a custom report
Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
Click Create custom report.
Choose the Jobs report type and Jobs template.
Make sure to include the Status column.

Click Next to create the report.
When running the report, under filter by, choose Job creation date. This will pull up all the jobs based on when they were created and for a specific time period.
Filter the report to show only jobs with a canceled status.

Locate canceled jobs with search
Go to Search
.Select Job from the drop-down menu.
Filter to find jobs with a canceled status.
