Problem
Technicians can't see discounts and fees on the mobile app because these items lack assigned categories.
Solution
Discounts and fees will be visible to technicians on their mobile devices.
Assign a category to the discount
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.Click Discounts & Fees.
Find the discount or fee item you want to edit. For example, 10 Off.
Click the item to edit it.
Assign a category to the item. If there's no suitable category, create a new one called Discounts & Fees.
Save your changes.
Instruct technicians to update their pricebooks. They should open the ServiceTitan mobile app.
Tell them to tap Sync.
They should select Download Pricebook to get the latest updates.
