Problem
Users may not be able to download a pick list for a requisition. No error messages appear.
Solution
Start at the Project dashboard in ServiceTitan.
Find the project with the issue.
Go to the requisition created under this project.
Try to download the pick list from this requisition.
If the download does not start, open your web browser's settings.
Look for the option to clear your browser's cache. This option might be under History or Privacy & Security settings.
Clear the cache. This step removes temporary files that might be causing the issue.
After clearing the cache, go back to ServiceTitan.
Repeat steps 1 to 4 to try downloading the pick list again.
