Create estimates and purchase orders not connected to a job

Problem

Users need to create estimates from the office that are not associated with any job. They also need to create POs for purposes not related to a specific job or customer, like truck stock or warehouse inventory.

Solution

Create estimates and purchase orders not connected to a job

Create an estimate not connected to a job:

1. Go to the customer's profile

2. Click on the More icon

3. Select Build Estimate 

Create a PO not connected to a job

1. In the main menu, select Purchasing

2. Click on Purchase Orders

3. Click Create New

4. Leave the job number field blank
