What is causing the Financials section to not appear on a project and how can it be resolved?

Problem

Users cannot see the "Financials" section on a project. This is because the "Show financials" permission is disabled.

Solution

Enable the Show financials permission

  1. Open the project you want to view.

  2. Check if the Financials tab is visible. If not, proceed to the next step.

  3. Go to Settings > Employees > Edit > Permissions.

  4. Search for the Show financials permission and make sure it is checked. 

  5. Save your changes.

  6. Go back to the project and check if the Financials tab is now visible.         

    Note: You may need to refresh the page to see the tab.
