What could be causing my booked jobs to not appear on the schedule board?

Problem

Booked jobs are not visible on the schedule board. This happens when the Business Unit (BU) filter on the schedule board does not include the BU assigned to the job such as HVAC or Plumbing BUs.

Solution

By following these steps, you can ensure that all your booked jobs appear on the schedule board, making it easier to manage your dispatching and scheduling tasks

Check the filters

  1. From the navigation bar, go to the Schedule Board.

  2. Look at the filters list on the left. 

  3. Check the selected Business Units in the filters.

  4. Make sure to select the Business Unit that your job is assigned to. For example, if your job is under HVAC ensure this BU is checked.

  5. Apply the filter by clicking on the Apply button.

Your booked job should now be visible on the schedule board.
