What is the Leads integration?
The Leads integration is an integrated solution that enables dealers to manage their Trane / American Standard repair, maintenance, installation, and system quote requests right from the ServiceTitan booking page. Web form and phone call leads come directly from the Trane / American Standard into ServiceTitan, eliminating the manual entry process for dealers.
Do I still need to disposition my Trane / American Standard leads appearing in Dispatch?
When you turn on the web form leads integration with ServiceTitan, you receive 100% for the disposition portion of your Dealer Score. Then, web form leads stop arriving at your Dispatch account. After, we ask you to continue the disposition of remaining Trane/American Standard phone/call leads in Dispatch until the phone/call lead integration functionality is available and you take the steps required to connect these leads to your ServiceTitan account. By continuing to update your phone/call lead statuses, Trane/American Standard can continue to measure and improve lead quality. However, phone/call leads dispositioning in Dispatch will not impact your Dealer Score.
Note: A web form lead refers to when a homeowner enters their customer information on Trane.com or AmericanStandardAir.com and authorizes a dealer to contact them. A phone/call lead refers to when a homeowner calls the phone number associated with your company on the Trane / American Standard website.
When I put ServiceTitan as my FSM/CRM in my MAX Dealer Profile, a new field appears asking for my ServiceTitan campaign number. What should I do?
In this field, you should add a ServiceTitan campaign phone number provided by ServiceTitan. This is part of the process for connecting your phone leads from Trane.com or AmericanStandardAir.com to your ServiceTitan account.
Caution: You should add the same ServiceTitan campaign phone number to the Direct Phone Number field in the Dealer Locator Profile Details. Make sure to click update profile to submit changes.
These steps guarantee that we know you have connected your phone leads to your ServiceTitan account and you shouldn't disposition or access them through Dispatch anymore.
What phone number should I enter into the Direct Number field of my MAX Dealer Profile?
If you want to connect your Trane.com or AmericanStandardAir.com phone leads to your ServiceTitan account, you should also add your ServiceTitan campaign phone number in the Direct Phone Number field.
Note: Make sure to click update profile to submit changes.
This allows your phone leads to appear on your ServiceTitan bookings screen and eliminates the need to access Dispatch to view and handle them.
