Do I need to have Marketing Pro to use the Angi leads integration?
No, you can use the Angi integration without being a Marketing Pro customer.
What types of leads are included in the Angi integration?
By activating the integration, both your Angi leads and instant bookings flow into your ServiceTitan Call Booking screen.
Leads: Most Angi leads are customers looking to be matched with contractors. Angi charges a fee when they send you a lead, and lead fees vary by project type and location. These leads are not guaranteed jobs. Rather, it is up to the contractor to win the job by contacting the homeowner.
(Optional) Instant Bookings: Some Angi leads are instant bookings where the customer books an appointment directly on your Angi profile. These leads are booked based on Real Time Availability and presented to the consumer based on the capacity of your ServiceTitan account.
Note: If you don't have the calendar option enabled on your Angi profile, you won't receive these bookings.
What if our business has more than one Angi account? Can we connect them to one ServiceTitan account?
Yes, when you complete the first step of authorizing one Angi account, you have the option to add more accounts and map them to the corresponding business units.
How can I change the types of jobs I receive from Angi?
This is controlled in your Angi account, not within ServiceTitan. Visit Lead Center > Services Offered to turn on or off the tasks toggle. For more guidance on the best tasks to accept for your trade and area, connect with a dedicated Angi account manager at servicetitanleads@angi.com.
Will we still need to classify the status of the lead (Won, Not Won, and more) in the Angi lead center?
At this time, yes. Currently, the integration only sends lead data from Angi to ServiceTitan.
Does this integration include the customer messaging from the Angi lead center?
Not at this time.
Do historical Angi leads come into ServiceTitan when the integration is activated?
No, ServiceTitan will integrate only the Angi leads starting from the date of integration.
Does this integration work for Angi leads and Angi Ads?
While Angi continues to unify its two brands that merged—HomeAdvisor and Angi's List—Pros who use Angi Ads can connect their leads with a short-term Zapier solution.
