Problem
The problem is that the user can't select the Mobile Check Capture type in ServiceTitan Mobile.
Solution
Add a Mobile Check Capture
To be able to select the Mobile Check Capture type in ServiceTitan Mobile:
Check the operating system (OS) of the device. Make sure it is up to date. Go to your device's settings to find the update option. If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it.
Uninstall the ServiceTitan mobile app. Press and hold the app icon on your device's home screen. Select the option to uninstall or delete the app.
Reinstall the ServiceTitan mobile app. Go to the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). Search for the ServiceTitan mobile app. Download and install it. Make sure to give the application permission to your camera and image gallery.
Go to a job while you are in a working status.
Add a mobile check capture payment to a job.
