Set up role permissions to have access to Enterprise Hub modules and efficiently manage and use your business.
Who uses this feature
Owners, general managers, administrators, and centralized call center representatives (CSRs)
Applies to all business types
Feature configuration
This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a network or contact technical support for details.
Things to know
Anyone with the Manage Roles permission enabled can:
See a list of all Enterprise Hub modules in the Select Enterprise Hub permissions screen
Access all Enterprise Hub modules
Grant other users permissions for specific Enterprise Hub modules
You can set single tenant permissions for Enterprise Hub user roles for Reporting and Dashboards.
Enable the Allow data change requests to support permission for Enterprise Hub users with the Administrator role who need to request changes, ensuring only authorized users can make such requests.
Access Enterprise Hub permissions
Access Enterprise Hub permissions by going to enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com and logging in with your credentials.
Click User Management.

In the User Management screen that opens, select Roles.
Create or edit an existing role. For more, see Create and edit user roles in Enterprise Hub.
Set up Enterprise Hub permissions
In the Select Enterprise Hub permissions section, you can give the following permissions that affect the employee’s ability to use Enterprise Hub:
User Management: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to manage existing users and create new users.
TitanExchange: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to share, update, and manage TitanExchange library templates.
My Tenants: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to view tenants.
Centralized Contact Center (CCC): Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to answer chats, calls, and web bookings in CCC.
Rollup Reporting: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to create and run custom reports.
API & Integrations: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to access the API and Integrations application.
Centralized Contact Center Settings: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to find tenants by searching for their ZIP code and trade.
Centralized Pricebook: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to create and manage their pricebook items.
Rollup Dashboards: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to create and run custom dashboards.
Tip: Use the search bar to search for permissions.
Marketing Pro: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to manage marketing campaigns.
Audit Trail: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to enable API credentials on their account.
Help Center: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to quickly find Enterprise Hub-related resources and create support cases from the Help Center.
Note: To select all permissions, click All. To clear all selected permissions, click None.

Set up ServiceTitan permissions
In the Select ServiceTitan permission section, you can give permissions that affect the employee’s ability to use ServiceTitan:

Manage reporting permissions for the tenant in Enterprise Hub
There are five types of permissions to set for report templates and legacy templates.
View & Edit all newly added datasets
Allow, view, share, and edit all reports and dashboards
No Access
Can View
Can View & Edit

You can only view legacy reports.

Manage dashboard permissions for the tenant in Enterprise Hub
Manage which modules you can view on the modular dashboard.

View reporting permissions for a single tenant
In Enterprise, click My tenants.
In the My Tenants section that opens, select the tenant and click Sign in. You are redirected to ServiceTitan.
In ServiceTitan, go to Settings > Operations > Reporting Settings.
Select the Reporting Permissions tab.
Select a role created from Enterprise Hub and click View.

In the window that opens, view the reporting permissions.
View dashboard permissions for a single tenant
To set up dashboard permissions for each tenant:
In Enterprise, click My tenants.
In the My Tenants section that opens, select the tenant and click Sign in. You are redirected to ServiceTitan.
In ServiceTitan, go to Settings > Operations > Dashboards.
Select the Permissions tab.
View Enterprise Hub permissions.
