Overview
If your customer is tax-exempt, set their customer record as Non-Taxable. This ensures that invoices are properly set as tax-exempt for the customer in ServiceTitan. It also provides more accurate invoicing for customers, so they don't get charged tax.

Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
Things to know
The tax exempt status set on a Customer Record automatically populates on all location records attached to that customer.
Set a Customer Record as Non-Taxable
Search for and open the Customer Record.
Click Edit
next to the customer's name.
Select Non-Taxable.
When finished, click Save.
